Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Do you have a size chart?

Why haven’t I received an order confirmation email?

A confirmation email is automatically sent within 30 minutes of placing an order. If you have not received it, this may be due to:

  • A spelling error in the email address entered at checkout.

  • The wrong email address being used.

What is your order processing time?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • U.S. orders: 3-7 business days after processing.

  • International orders: Up to 25 days, depending on location.

How do I return my order?

Are there additional fees for international orders?

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I cancel my order?

I’m in the U.S., and it has been over 7 business days. Where is my order?

Please check your tracking details to see the current status of your package. If your package appears to be missing, we recommend contacting USPS directly, as we do not have access to their internal system.

My tracking says my package was delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do?

If your package is marked as "Delivered" but has not arrived, please contact your local post office for an investigation. Once a package has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen items.
