Need to Make a Return? Here’s How 💕
We get it, sometimes it just doesn’t work out. If you need to return an item, we offer store credit only on eligible items. Returns are easy, but you must log in to your account to start the process.
Return Policy
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
Unauthorized returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fee's paid to the USPS are non-refundable.

- Returns are for store credit only, no refunds to original payment.

Return Options
Prepaid Label – Get a label through the portal. A $5 fee will be deducted from your store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note, we do not accept returns on:
- Bodysuits & undergarments
- Gift cards
- Sale, clearance, or final sale items
- Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or Warehouse Sale items
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply use your store credit to place a new order once your return is processed.
