We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

United States

• USPS First Class Shipping (4-7 business days): $5.99
• USPS Priority Shipping (2-5 business days): $14.99

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable once paid to the shipping provider.

International Shipping

• A flat rate applies depending on the destination.
• Estimated delivery time: 10-15 business days.

Custom Duties & Fees: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes required by their country. If duties are not paid and the package is returned to Alicia Boutique, you will be refunded for your merchandise minus the shipping cost, which remains non-refundable.

Shipping Insurance & USPS Policy

We highly recommend selecting USPS Priority Shipping, as it includes insurance coverage up to $100. By choosing an insured shipping option, you agree to the following:

• In the event of loss or damage, customers must file a claim directly with USPS.
• Claims can be submitted through the USPS Claims Portal.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Alicia Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your package leaves our facility, we are unable to track it beyond the provided USPS tracking information.
