Where do you ship to?

We ship to: US, Canada, Mexico, Netherlands, Belgium, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Austria, Denmark, Italy, Hong Kong, Philippines, South Korea, China, and Australia.

How long does it take for you to ship my order?

Processing time is 24-48 hours. NOT including weekends and holidays.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery time is around 3-5 business days, 7 business days the latest for US customers. International may take up to 60 days depending on location.

I want to return my order, how do I do it?

How do I cancel my order?

After 5 hours of placing your order you are no longer allowed to cancel an order. If you placed an order and it hasn't been 5 hours yet please email us at: Customerservice@alicia-boutique.com with the subject "CANCEL ORDER"

It's been over 7 days, I'm located in the US, and I have not received my order.

Please check your tracking to see where your package is at the moment. Once the package is sent off to the post office we no longer have control over when you’ll receive your package. If your package is missing PLEASE CONTACT THE POST OFFICE FIRST! The post office will be responsible over your missing package. If they’re unable to retrieve the package then contact us at: customerservice@alicia-boutique.com

How long do I have to contact you about an issue with an order after it was delivered?

You have 7 days after an order is marked delivered by the mail service to contact us about any issues. After 7 days we are NOT responsible for any order issues.
