We ship to: US, Canada, and Mexico. We are located in Texas and only operate online.

Please refer to our size chart here for the models sizes and measurements.

Our system automatically sends out a confirmation email with in 30 minutes of placing an order. If you have not received an email it is most likely due to a spelling error in the customers email used when checking out or customer used the wrong email. To change the email used in our system please fill out a contact form.

Processing time is 1-3 business days. NOT including weekends and holidays.

Delivery time is around 3-7 business days after your order has been processed for U.S. customers. International may take up to 60 days depending on location.

Customers service response time is 24-48 hours. We are closed on Saturdays and major US holidays. If 2 working business days has passed without a response from customer service, you may have entered the wrong email when filling out a contact form. Customer service can't contact you if you have entered your email incorrectly. Please kindly fill out the form again and double check your email.

International orders are subject to import tax, customs duties, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient once the package reaches the country of destination.

Please contact your local post office for investigation. They will be responsible for your missing parcel since they were the last to handle it, and will be able to better assist you. Once shipment leaves our facility we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please check your tracking to see where your package is at the moment. If your package is missing please contact the USPS first. We are a separate business from the USPS, therefore we have no access to the USPS system or have control of shipping. The post office will be responsible over your missing package or any shipping delays. You have 7 days after an order is marked delivered by the mail service to contact us about any issues. After 7 days we are NOT responsible for any order issues.
