PLEASE NOTE: ALLOW UP TO 10 DAYS EXTRA SHIP TIME DUE TO HOLIDAYS AND SPECIAL PROMOTIONS.

 

We Ship To:

US, Canada, and Mexico.

 

Order Processing Time:

Once an order is placed it starts to process the following business day. Our current processing time is 1-4 business days. All orders will receive a tracking number in 1-4 business days. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays.

 

US Shipping Cost:

USPS First Class shipping 7-11 business days delivery: $8.99

USPS Priority shipping 5-8 business days delivery (insured up to $100): $14.99 (RECOMMENDED)

Shipping cost are non-refundable once paid out to the shipping provider

 

International Shipping:

International shipping has a set flat rate depending on location. Transit time is 5-30 business days.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING CUSTOM DUTIES. IF YOU FAIL TO PAY THE DUTIES AND THE PACKAGE IS RETURNED BACK TO ALICIA BOUTIQUE YOU WILL BE REFUNDED FOR YOUR MERCHANDISE MINUS SHIPPING COST. SHIPPING COST ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

  

USPS Insurance Policy:

By choosing insured shipping you are agreeing to these terms. When choosing your shipping service we highly recommend Priority shipping. Priority shipping packages are insured up to $100 with the USPS. In the event of a package lost or damaged due to the mishandling of the USPS the customer is responsible for filling out a claim directly on the USPS website.

Missing Packages: 

Alicia Boutique is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Once a package has left our facility, we do not have control over where it is located or access to your mail carriers system. PLEASE CONTACT THE USPS TO INVESTIGATE ANY MISSING MAIL.
